I like the veggie platter at Ray's in scotia square. It has lentil rice, hummus, cabbage cooked with lentil, sour patotoes (my favourite) and salad. Nice plate for a very resonable priced lunch. If you are in Scotia square definitely try food at Ray's. Forgot to add Falafal
Nice coffee shop specially during hot summer days. They have all kinds of cakes, pastries and meals. I use to go be a t perks a lot at night night during school days now they are not 24/7 anymore, they close around midnight (may be even earlier now).
If you like italian fast food like pizza's nice soups and breads this is the place to be at. They also have freshly squeezed juices which are one of the best and the food is awesome and quick. They can also make pastas as per your choice and fresh salads. Prices are very reasonable as it is healthy fast food.
Who does not like whoppers. This place is clean and has everything the Big King has to offer from Meaty Whoppers to veggie burgers ;0)
Love this restaurant. They have more than thai food. If you want to go out for a date it is an amazing restaurant and you can taste most of asian food (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, & Japanese). Nice ambiance and does not hurt your pocket. They have more locations in GTA area
I had the same experience with these guys. First of all they are not walk-in than they said you can get an oppointment two days later than what is the use of walk-in if I have to wait 2 days.
Walk-ins don't waste your time here.
Opa is one of the best greek places in HRM. WE had mousaka, spanakopita (not sure of my spellings ;0) but they tasted really fresh and yummy. Good place to take your wife or girlfriend for special occassions.
My uncle had excellent results using pellet systems pellet machines. They are located in new brunswick but sell their machines nation wide.
Completely agree with krystian's review. They have a huge collection of good bikes but are very expensive i went to idealbikes when I was looking to buy a bike but came out empty handed, found a good bike a cyclesmiths on quinpool. If you are looking for a cheap a reliable bike Walmart or Costco will be better bet (Less than $300 sometimes even $100 compared to $1000 in bike stores).
Superstores are becoming one stop shops now. Not a good thing for the wallet specially when you are with your wife. Always end up buying more of other stuff than groceries at this store. But it is a nice store ;0)
