If you are looking for Tommy clothes in HRM, this is the place to be at. They have a huge collection for the whole family at reasonable prices as it is the outlet store for Tommy. The staff is also very helpful and nice. We got a friends and family discount of 30% recently and ended up buying lot more than what was planned.
This is a nice luxury hotel right behind eaton centre and near all the restaurants in the core downtown area. Very well connected to the submay 9metro) Queen and Dundas stations. The hotel is clean, nice and great for families and business trips.
Loved this Indian restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto. We tried Briyani which was just delicious with Paneer Shashlik and Daal (lentils). The ambience is nice and modern. Medium priced and an excellent location. I think Babur is name of a bird.
If you are looking to buy some normal branded stuff or watch a movie it is a nice spot. They have Gap, Banana Repulic, Shieks shoes, Macy's, Sam's and an excellent buger joint, don't remember the name but they can make custom burgers. Food court is on the top floor I tried Mangolian Grill and the Indian place they were both good.
Speciality for Halifax, nice concept similar to Chiptole in US but for BBQ. You order what you want over the counter and grab a spot and once the order is ready they will bring it your table. Don't forget to try there sides I tried sweet potato fries and corn bread. It is a very casual place where you can grab a meaty big and couple of drinks.
This is a small Tim Hortons at the bus station on Mumford Rd. Terminal. But it does the job when you are waiting for the bus to grab a drink or something to eat.
It is one of the small Tim Hortons good for take out. It is on near Staples in Bayers lake. Quick service and clean !
This is one of the new updated Tim Hortons. They are trying to change the look and feel of Tim Hortons, this one has been seating area and looks much more high end than the other Tim Hortons in the city. Right next to Shoppers and Mac Donalds.
This Bus Station is right next to the Via railway station if you want to take a train. Westin and Atlantic Superstore are also next door if you want to stay for a night or get some stuff for travel from the grocery store. I have taken a bus couple of times to go to Fredricton from Halifax.
Acadian bus services also do courier service for luggauge and stuff and I have sent friends luggauge when he was moving to Toronto via Acadian lines much cheaper can a courier or taking on the plane.
This place is a delight, not expensive lot of asian cuisines, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and more. Try to get their combos they are the best deals and everything is freshly cooked in front of you. You can also get your food in those chinese style cardboard boxes. For $40 we had meal for three people and came out very satisfied. Ambience is a plus !
