I had to ship an extremely large and heavy package from Halifax to Victoria, and received great service at this UPS/MailBoxes Etc location, thanks to Jonathan. However ... I requested and paid for signature upon delivery, and when it got to Victoria, it was delivered to and signed by a complete stranger in another apartment in that building! If I hadn't been tracking the shipment online, neither myself nor the intended recipient would have known where the package was, because the person that signed for it took off for two days without leaving a note about the delivery. Fortunately the package was eventually handed over safely, but it never should've been given to anyone else in the first place. KUDOS to Jonathan in Halifax for his great help in packing and shipping (which, I might add, was an extremely costly venture), but BOO to the UPS driver who was responsible for delivering it in Victoria, and lowering what would otherwise have been a solid review. So much for "what can brown do for you"!
