The Press Gang impresses from the moment you walk in. The stone walls and beams of the 100+ year building give it a romantic but casual atmoshpere. In 6 or 7 trips, I've tried most of the apps and main courses and always left feeling blissful. This is not inexpensive food, but if you have a special occasion or just want a really great meal, it's one of 2 or 3 sure things in town.

I didn't know what to expect the first time I went to the Press Gang. It always seemed dark and uninviting from the outside, but as soon as I stepped inside, I knew I was wrong. It was warm and cozy, and we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. The meal was delicious (the pork tenderloin was perfectly cooked), and there were several items on the menu that I'd like to try. It was an expensive meal, but I would definitely consider going there for a special night out in the future.
