Great vibe, good music thanks to RS SMOOTH. Service is good. They seem to go through periods where business is booming and then its a wasteland for a few months.

They need to start advertising new and innovative parties to bring the crowd back when it dies down, theirs no reason why It shouldn't be packed out every weekend being one of the better clubs in the city.

The Palace isn't a bad club, it's just never really full.

I've never heard them play any dance/house/techno so I'm not sure if they play that.

There's a big stage where the girls can dance (if you're a guy, there's a good chance a bouncer will take you off the stage, I've seen it happen). The thing is, the curtains that block the stage are almost always closed, unless the club has a good amount of people, then they open them. But since it's usually not packed, the curtains are usually closed.

Not a bad club, but would be better if it had more people.

The club is just basically one big dance floor and a stage that is rarely used. The music is mediocre and there is really not much "character" to the place. After they renovated, the bars look a bit better; but that's about it really, not too many major changes. Most nights the upstairs portion of the club is closed off. Probably because they want the amount of people that are there to stay on one floor to make it seem like a large crowd. One good thing is that they serve pizza inside the club at times if you're up for it. I only really go there now if they rent out the place for someone that's throwing a party. Usually a bigger crowd and better music.
