I can't speak about this Church from a congregation standpoint because I'm not a member, but I CAN speak about its involvement in the neighbourhood. St. Matt's hosts many events - concerts, plays and fundraisers - and I've been fortunate to attend those on occasion. The old-fashioned pews (with individual half-doors to get in), the beautiful stained glass windows, and high wooden ceilings give the Church a welcoming feeling - not to mention great acoustics - for these community events. It's nice to see a Church that's so active in its local outreach programs, and in which all denominations are invited to attend.
