...but everything else is of mixed quality. They have a breakfast special which is of great value, and their service is always really friendly. Unfortunately the service is often slow as well, but this is made up for by the quality of the food (assuming it is from their breakfast menu). That said, Smitty's is known for their breakfast, nothing else, which is why it's offered all day.

I figured all Smitty's restaurants would be the same, but I was so wrong! This is definitely better than the downtown/Tower Road location. For one thing, almost all the tables are booths, so there's lots of room to spread out and get comfy. Secondly, this location is brighter and has more up-to-date decor (Tower Road feels dark and dingy in comparison). Also, the service is more consistent, and the food always comes fast, even when it's busy. It's definitely my favourite Smitty's location so far; and, if you want to avoid the rat-race of getting a meal in Bayer's Lake, this is a great alternative.
