I'll rate it a three as the other food I order was really good. As for the sushi I ordered; I ordered the Spicy Salmon Maki (roll) and usually it would have a slice of fresh salmon, some tempura bits, spicy sauce, and them the traditional seaweed roll and rice.

This Spicy Salmon Roll looked like they had taken some salmon, the tempura, and spicy sauce and threw it into a blender and then kept in it a squeeze bottle for when someone ordered it.

The smell was not fresh, the texture when I was eating it felt like I was eating a crispy banana that smelled like rotten fish, and the taste almost made me throw-up. I honestly had to concentrate as to not spill my guts. NOT IMPRESSED!

I do however recommend Ruby Foos but please stay away from their sushi!!!

I go to Ruby Foos every time I am in NYC it's an excellent Asian restaurant with smart decor and is much better than most of the god awful restaurants in Time Square.

You can usually just stroll in without a reservation which is also nice.
