A few weeks ago a friend of mine rented out the upstairs of the rogues Roost, the lounge area you could say. It was fantastic! It is really meant to make you feel that you're at home. They had couches, chairs, TV, a Patio, and its own little personal bar to get drinks and order food. I had the sweet potato fries and few beer and it was well worth it. The fries came in a pretty big portion and myself and my girlfriend had a hard time finishing them off, so to catch our breath after our feast we stepped outside to enjoy the nice brisk halifax air and people watch those walking up and down spring garden rd.
It is such an awesome spot to host a birthday party or to get a small group of friends together who don't want to go do the whole downtown scene, you can bring your own music or they will provide their bar music which has quite a large selection. The food was great, the service was amazing and the atmosphere is memorable. I will definitely be going back soon to share in good times with friends.

Love their wings. Good flavour, nice portion size, and great spot to hang out with friends. Does get busy so get there early. Love their beer as well. 2 years in a row we always go early to watch the Halifax Christmas Parade - so always a blast. I recommed this one. Visit with friends for sure.

They have an amazing club wrap. It is to die for. Fries are quite good as well!

Their raspberry wheat ale is also very delicious!

I love the Rasperry Wheat they make here. it's better than the bottled stuff that you can buy from Propeller.

From my experience the food has also been quite good and in good portions.

However, it is a popular spot on a busy street so sometimes you can go but you may not get a table :O

I'm not a huge beer fan, but I love Rogue's Raspberry Ale. It goes great with one of their yummy wraps or burgers (I like the California and Veggie wraps, and the BBQ Beef Burger). Lots of variety on the menu though. It can be a bit crowded for lunch during the week, but the service is always good.
