To start, our first appointment with the mortgage specialist was scheduled incorrectly so we arrived 12 hours 'late' for our first appointment. When we rescheduled, our rep was awesome. She was very helpful and friendly and got us all the information we needed. Months later, when it finally came around to closing day on the home, there were many delays when there shouldn't have been, even our lawyer had issues getting what he needed to process the documents prior to closing. The delays were beyond our rep's control but still RBC was responsible. After hours of waiting, the funds finally went through and we were able to move! As stressful as it is to buy a house, the last thing you want is for the funds transfer to get delayed.
