This Perk's location has its own unique 'uptown' atmosphere compared to the one on the waterfront. After several repeat visits, I can say that the service is consistently friendlier here, and the place just feels brighter and more upbeat. What it lacks in size, it makes up for in quality, and it's worth going out of my way to get here.
