I can't speak for the mens selection, but this is a great place for ladies flats, sandals, heels, and non-athletic sneakers. The prices are good (rarely more than $40) and there are frequently "buy one get one half off" sales.

They organize their shoes by size, which is helpful. The staff has always been helpful to me.

I've been disappointed in their athletic sneaker and boot selection, but they get new stock frequently and maybe I went at a bad time.
