Scott (owner of Oceanic Art) is a man on a mission when it comes to making an idea for a tattoo come to life.

I went to see Scott a few years ago for a big tattoo on my right shoulder/arm and will be going back again in the near future for another on my left arm.

I gave him the basic idea and he put the detail and creativity into place. I was very satisfied with the outcome.

He now has a new tattoo shop in Dartmouth
