I have never sweated like this before in my life.

Although I may have sweated like a pig on hot July summers day, I felt like $1,000,000 when i left.

After a 60 minute session I was ready to pass out, it gets so hot that your body feels like its going to spontaneously combust.

All in all my first yoga experience was great, the class was easy enough for me to follow and the instructor was extremely kind and knowledgeable.

I think you will see me back at Mokshka once a week to clear my mind. I feel extremely renergized today and I suggest anyone who gets the winter blues to try this as a remedy.
