Tucked away in Park Lane mall, Life and Sport is an excellent little shop to purchase supplements. The staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable about their products.

It's unlikely that the staff will try and sell you on useless junk like so many other places which is a refreshing change. Prices are reasonable and the location is rather convenient if you go to the Nubody's located in the mall.
