I went in on a whim one day, and although the interior didn't give the best first impression (the place is well overdue for renovations) to my surprise, the food was delicious! Kings Palace offers cheap daily specials, has a wide selection, and serves large quantities of food. Their Chicken Balls are 95% chicken and they have some of the best Fried Won Tons I've ever had. If you're a fan of Chinese food, give this place a chance!

King's Palace has a big selection of Cantonese and Szechuan dishes, and about 20 combo platters to choose from. The service is fast, the food is good, and you get a lot of food for your money. I like the curried beef, beef & snow peas, and lemon chicken the best. And, if you have guests that don't want Chinese food after all, there are a few sandwiches to keep them occupied (I took some kids there and the "slimy food" freaked them out, so they got a club sandwich and were happy). It's one of the nicer Chinese restaurants for dining in, but they also make fast deliveries.

One of the three Chinese restaurants on Quinpool, the King's palace is not bad. The Bo-Bo platter is quite interesting. If you want something spicy they do have a Chinese menu.
