If you haven't been to Julien's in the Hydrostone Market, you're really missing out. However, you need to get there early because many of the favourites sell out quickly! The owner, Didier Julien, grew up in France and has been baking since he was 14 years old. Not only are the breads delicious and nutritious, but his pastries are phenomenal (and fattening, but worth it!). Try an almond croissant dipped in rum, or a fresh fruit tart, and I'm sure you'll agree that you haven't tasted anything else like it. I wish I lived closer to it, but it's probably good that I have to walk off the calories!
