This place would have gotten a 5 out of 5 had the security not been so rude.

My company hosted a VIP function at Infusion after a conference in San Fran Inviting existing and potential clients to come out for a good time.

We worked with an event planner and booked the bar for the private function until 11 at night open bar.

at 10:30 the security came in and began to rudely tell everyone in the VIP section that we had to leave the area and make way for a new set of guests. After telling the security that we had reserved this area and were told that we would have it for the entire night they rudely told us to move anyways. (after a lot of arguing we finally did)

The event planner even told me she was pushed by a member of their staff.

Luckily to make up for it we were given a new VIP seat right on the dance floor and a complimentary Magnum size bottle of Grey Goose which costs about 800 dollars alone in Vegas.

But this still put a serious damper on the night for a few minutes and some of the potential clients invited left.

Like I said great spot but the security has to remember that the guests are who keep them in business especially guests who fill the entire bar with thirsty people and let them drink for free at their expense
