These people are fantastic. I've never had a poor experience going here (except maybe the bill :) The staff are knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant and patient as far as I can tell.

They operate a free shuttle to downtown and will pick you up whenever you need it. There's free water, juice, pop, and several kinds of coffee items (I just discovered their cafe mocha yesterday: really good). If you're looking to buy, ask for Deji in the sales department. He's especially accommodation and listens too you rather than try to just get you to buy.
