I used Kinko’s a lot in university for putting together presentations, and especially for mass-producing my thesis. I’ve been there a few times since then, mostly for stationery or the odd poster for special occasions, but the customer service always sucks. Either I’ve been left standing at the counter, unacknowledged, for an eternity while the staff talk amongst themselves or pretend they don’t see me because they’re “too busy,” or they’re just lazy and rude when they do finally “help.” They might’ve done a good job with my projects, but they made me feel miserable in the process. Kinko's has lots of kinks.
