I can't speak about the motel, but the restaurant (which is on the other side of the Bedford Highway) is really good. Home-style cooking, fast and friendly service, and cheap prices. The fish and chowder are my favourites. Sometimes there's a lineup to get in, but there's a quick turnover so it's worth waiting.
