The place is always messy, and their new ticket buying system needs work. Although joining all the different places into one is a good idea, its true benefit is really only to those people who go to all three. For although I think selling tickets are the refreshment counter is a good idea, they should have a separate counter for people just getting tickets, and those just looking for refills. Bringing back the refreshment counter which was for their non-popcorn related items is a good idea too, since usually if you're getting one you're not getting the other.
And of course, its just too damn expensive.

Lots of parking and lots of movies, but the rest of the place needs work. The automated ticket machines have been removed (or are being re-located), and the main ticket counter has also been removed, so the lobby is a sticky, tacky, dark blob of a mess. Tickets are now supposed to be bought at the refreshment counter. Do you know how long those lineups are?! The staff can barely get your "refreshments" correct, let alone process ticket purchases. The whole reason why I used the automated ticket machines in the first place was to avoid the food lineups. Be prepared to go extra early for the foreseeable future or you won't actually have enough time to see your movie. Very disappointing.

Maybe it has just been bad timing but every time I have gone to the Bayers Lake theater, the floors have been covered in spilt pop and trash.

The seats I found are less comfortable than the ones at Park Lane or Oxford. I'd only recommend coming to Bayers Lake if its closer than Park Lane or Oxford or if you're going to see the IMAX.

This place has many theatres enabling it to offer a large variety of movies. This is my favourite theatre for blockbuster type movies where good sound and clear, large screen are a must.

Plenty of parking space, plenty of popcorn and pop, and comes with an arcades area.
