This review is based on my experience as a third party in a relationship with former employee of DFF.

This employer could not so much as set up a schedule of days on / days off. DFF's management leaves something to be desired. We would have to wait for a phone call that came in anytim after 7PM to find out if there was work the next day. At a pay rate of no more than a few quarters above minimum wage, I feel is BS! This employer has no concern about you having a life outside of their farm.
DO NOT RECOMMEND DUNCAN FAMILY FARMS AS AN EMPLOYER!!!
