My kids have been swimming and skating here since they were babies. the staff are super frinedly and helpful. The facility could use a bit of an upgrade, it is looking a bit dated. They do have some really good cardio equipment (no other facility in the city has it). They also have TRX trainers and Equalizers- they are very forward in their thining but could use a half decent cable machine.
