Although Atlantic News is always my first choice for newspapers and magazines, Daily Grind is a solid second choice – at least in terms of the selection. The main difference between the two shops is the level of customer service. The staff at Daily Grind don’t appear to be as knowledgeable about whether or not they carry certain titles, or when a title might be coming in etc. The café at the back of the store is handy, but it has decreased its food offerings more and more over the years. I wouldn’t specifically go here for the café, but if I happen to browsing around the shop, I might also grab a coffee.
