Ribbons

Your employee was supposed to call on Monday or Tuesday-did not call until Wednesday
Your employee was given address and directions to the venue.
Party was for 2 year olds-we were told to have the clown come later in the party. Party began at 3:30-these are 2 year olds who don't have a lot of patience. Clown was supposed to arrive at 4:30. She did not arrive until 4:55, she called at 4:30 to say that she did not realize it was so far away-poor planning!
Why wait until 4:30 to call-already knew she was late before then,
Called when she arrived at the park 3 different times for the same directions to the party area-was she just tired from other parties-having a bad day-shouldn't be the customer's problem.
The magic act lasted 10 minutes-she kept popping balloons even though the young children were frightened of the popping balloons-she thought it was funny that they were frightened.
She did not engage the kids, acted as if she wished she was somewhere else (so did we)
Costume was terrible-my 6 year old grandson who has a fear of clowns-wasn't afraid because he said-"that's not a real clown".
She was supposed to cut the cake but took so long changing into the "Dora" costume that we couldn't wait. When she came back in the costume wasn't on properly and not zipped in the back-the head almost rolled off-costume was also dirty-was there another party before ours-perhaps this would account for her acting as if she was very tired and "out-of-it".
Her actual time at the party was twenty terrible minutes.
We were embarrassed and upset when the adults, at the party, kept asking "where did this terrible person come from". Your employee looked messy , sloppy and was not engaging-she did not put any effort into her presentation.
