Chapel Hill (formerly known as Hibiscus) always has beautiful window displays, and eventually they lured me in. What a beautiful, trendy selection of women's clothing - items that I've never seen anywhere else in Halifax. They also have a nice section of bath items and giftware at the back - all very girly stuff. Some of the prices can be a bit high, and the changerooms could use a bit of updating (I'm not a behind-a-curtain kind of gal!), but otherwise this is a great addition to Spring Garden.
