The food at Cha Baa Thai Restaurant is ultra flavorful; easily the best Thai food in Halifax (perhaps thanks to its full kitchen of Thai chefs), this place has reasonably priced, authentic Thai food that's beautifully presented and is not afraid to be spicy... because, seriously, bland Thai food is shameful.

The decor at Cha Baa features wood carvings and bright colors without being too ornate or over-powering. And despite the fact that the restaurant is often packed, the food always arrives hot and expediently, and the service is always friendly.

They have the BEST thai food in town!You can't get enough of their red thai curry and ginger vegetable..try it out..TODAY!

I only ate here the one time but the food is fantastic. Easily one of the best Thai places in Halifax. The Curry is amazing... can't wait to go again.

Never had a bad experience, the food is very good, fast service and always very friendly.

Saucy, spicy and delicious! The red curry chicken and the panang curry beef are my favourites. The service is always excellent, the waitstaff are very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations, and the restaurant is very spacious and relaxing. A welcome addition to the Thai restaurant scene, which was dominated by Baan Thai for so long.

I have been there 3 times, and I enjoyed it every time I went. They have really good food and excellent service. I highly recommend it for those thai food fans.
