They're usually very quick. But at peak hours it can be hard to get one. You might be better off stopping a random cab then.

On a good day, Casino is fast. If you have a special request (like a non-smoking cab), they can usually accommodate you; and if they're busy, they'll tell you how long you'll have to wait. On a bad day, Casino leaves you stranded, especially if you call from a phone number they don't recognize. You should also give them your name, even if they don't ask for it.

Case in point: my mom was visiting and called Casino from her cell phone so that she could go visit my dad in the hospital. Two phone calls and 45 minutes later, they had the nerve to say it was her fault that a cab wasn't sent because she called from a cell and didn't leave her name. Besides the fact that no one asked for her name and that it shouldn't matter where you call from, the customer shouldn't be blamed for a company's incompetence ... especially not a customer who could be dealing with a potentially life and death situation.
