If you're going to Québec city, you need to eat here at least once. The bistro is situated just so that you have a great view of the St. Lawrence river.

I had a caesar salad as an appetizer and steak frites for the main course and both were superb. Apparently the chef there takes great pride in only using fresh ingredients so quality should always remain consistent.
