Great yoga studio with a wide range of classes - from vinyasa flow, hot yoga and power yoga to yin yoga, karma yoga, and even family yoga - for all levels. They even offer a teacher training course, whick I'd love to find the time to take!

The teachers are highly qualified and often each student one on one support. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed and it helps relieve the stress of the week. No matter what level of yoga you have they always have a class for you.
